The naming ceremony for the new aircraft carrier, “Queen Elizabeth (HMS Queen Elizabeth)”, the UK’s largest warship, was held in April 2014.
It displaces 65,000 tons of water and is 280 meters long.
Here is the making video of the enormous ship, as long as 28 London buses, equivalent of 3 times the length of the Buckingham Palace.
One can only observe the size of the clouds above to really understand the scale of this sight.

Actually, the sea trials for the ship will begin in 2016 and it will be handed over to the Royal Navy in 2017.
